Jo was formerly the S8 Mission Partnership Development Worker for the Diocese. She remains actively involved with the work of the Mission Area and together with her husband set up Woodseats Community garden at St Chad’s Church. With a degree in Fine Arts, Jo is great at bringing people together in creative ways, especially when it comes to working to protect the environment and learn about the biodiversity of our local green spaces including churchyards. Jo is in an ideal position to advice parishes on their journey to Net Zero as well as having knowledge and experience in completing Faculty applications and managing projects.
Josh is a former commercial field archaeologist and has worked on many sites and digs across the country where he developed his interest in working with volunteers and community groups. Josh completed his Masters in Building Conservation at the University of York just before joining the Diocese. With his combined knowledge and skills in archaeology and conservation, Josh is keen to support parishes in the care and maintenance of their buildings.
