Do you have experience in property administration, maintenance coordination, or facilities support? Are you organised, proactive and confident in liaising with contractors, clergy, and professional agents? We are seeking to appoint a Property Administrator to join our central Property Department and support the ongoing development of clergy housing and diocesan property across Sheffield Diocese.
The Property Administrator will work onsite at our head office, supporting the Diocesan Surveyor. This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth, efficient and effective running of our property operations, contributing to the delivery of our diocesan strategy.
- SDBF Band 6 Salary; £29,500-31,500 FTE (Depending on Experience)
- Full-Time, 35 hours per week
- Working Pattern – Monday to Friday (08:00-16:00)
- 10% employer contribution to pension
- Generous Holiday Entitlement
- Based at Diocesan Church House in Rotherham
