There are many ways we can support you in Focal Ministry
A key relationship is with your Oversight Minister who will encourage and equip you in your role. As part of this you should have regular review meetings where you and your Oversight Minister look together at what has gone well and not so well. There are also more formal reviews where you have the opportunity to consider what equipping and learning you might need or want in order to develop in your leadership.
Important sources of learning you can access are:
- Training (both online and in person)
- Resources (both digital and print)
- Barnabas Blog
- Focal Ministry blog (archived 2023-24)
For any particular learning needs you have please contact Rachael Williams who is the PA to the Lead Lay Ministry Enabler.
For guidance on conduct, complaints and concerns please refer to the Guide to Good Practice for Authorised and Commissioned Lay Ministers.
