Diocesan Synod met on Saturday 7 March 2026 at St Peter’s, High Street, Bentley, Doncaster, beginning at 9.00am.

The Vicar of St John’s Ranmoor, Revd Canon Dr Matthew Rhodes, is taking on the 192-mile Coast-to-Coast walk to raise vital funds for ‘at-risk’ spire.

The church is celebrating the installation of a new eco-friendly heating system, through the support of Church of England Net Zero funding.
