We are seeking a Priest in Charge (Oversight Minister) to lead us in the Friendly Faith Mission Area composed of three benefices and four churches in Balby, Loversall, Wadworth and Warmsworth, situated to the Southwest of Doncaster. They are distinct communities, each with its own identity and challenges.
The successful applicant will be a priest who can guide, nurture, lead, and serve us, fostering a culture of collaboration, hope, and teamwork. They will bring experience in leading multi-church benefices and possess the skills to build and develop warm, caring relationships. As an enthusiastic and compassionate leader with a strong pastoral heart, they will be able to grow links with schools, families, and the wider community. They will also be passionate about mission, helping us to share the love of Jesus with our communities.
