About the GoHealth online course
In this course, the presenters draw on neuro-science to learn wise and compassionate ways to respond to anyone who has been affected by trauma so that we can build communities that are safe for all. Duration 2 hours. Cost – free with access code.
The course is online and self-paced, includes videos, visuals, reflective questions, and journal prompts, and can be accessed any time once completed.
