Safety in Ordained Ministry

The nature of the clergy role is distinctive, bringing opportunities which can also involve elements of risk, partly in working from home and also in our church buildings and wider parish contexts.  During this evening we’ll focus on building safe relationships, particularly in 1-1 settings where safeguarding issues can arise; also on practical tips for de-escalating situations which may feel or become unsafe and threatening.
