The Diocese of Sheffield warmly invites everyone to Safeguarding Sunday, a special service dedicated to acknowledging, remembering, and standing with survivors of abuse or domestic violence. Join us at Rotherham Minster at 2.30 pm on Sunday 16 November, for a time of reflection, prayer, and community.
Speakers will include The Rt Revd Dr Pete Wilcox, together with survivors who will share their stories of lived experience.
The service is produced by people with lived experience, in collaboration with the Diocesan Safeguarding Team.
It is a service open to all, especially for those who have been affected by abuse and domestic violence. Whether you come seeking solace, wishing to show solidarity with survivors or supporting others your presence is valued.
If you have any questions, please email safeguarding@sheffield.anglican.org.
