You are welcome to join the 2026 lay minister quiet day. The day will be held at Todwick Parish Hall and will be led by Margaret Wooding Jones.  Margaret is a Lay Reader at St Gabriel’s in Greystones, and has many years’ experience in leading Quiet Days.  Her recent book “Quiet” is a wonderful guide to spending time with God in a demanding world.

During the day we will focus on John 20:19-23 – Jesus appearing to the disciples.

Lunch is provided.

This event is for lay ministers in the Diocese of Sheffield. The number of places has been capped at 30 people. Bookings will close on Wednesday 10 June or when the capacity is reached.
