Hope Pilgrimage 2026

We will again be leading groups on the Peak Pilgrimage & Hope Pilgrimage routes in Derbyshire during 2026. If you are interested in joining either group, contact john.hibberd@sheffield.anglican.org. Previous participants have found these walks wonderfully refreshing spiritually. A good level of fitness is needed for each route.

Hope Pilgrimage begins on 9 May & will take place over 3 stages (June & July). Mike Gilbert is leading this. The route is shorter than Peak Pilgrimage (30 miles) but is more rugged, from Edale to Eyam, via Castleton & Hope. The stages are similar in length & there are 9 pilgrim churches along the route.
