What does collaboration look like and how can we best enable it as we build teams of leaders in our churches?  We may have different answers to these questions – and our understanding keeps developing as we continue to pioneer Oversight Ministry and Focal Ministry in our diocese.  A chance to reflect and explore these issues together.
