Breathe Deep is a youth event targeted at Christian young people from all over the diocese to be a large expression of church together. Many young people who come are from smaller churches, so to gather in large numbers brings another important dimension of God’s church, in all its diversity!
LEADERS
The day is aimed at 11-18 year olds, and we ask you to bring 1 leader for every 8 young people as you will be responsible for looking after them for the day.
We have created a consent form template you may wish to use with your young people. This can be found on the Breathe Deep website HERE. Please ensure you collect information concerning photo and video permission on the day.
BOOKING FORM
On the booking form you will be asked how many tickets you require for your group. You will then be asked for some details about the people in your group. For each of your young people you will need to have their FULL NAME and AGE. We advise you to gather this information for your group before you start to make your booking. Please ensure you complete all information in full as requested.
PAYMENTS
We are offering two ticket prices for this event. To keep prices down, we are offering a £7 ticket (same as previous years) and also a £10 ticket if you or your young people are able to pay a little more. The tickets are the same in every way except the price. We hope some groups will opt to pay the £10 ticket to help us cover increasing costs to run the day, but invite you to choose the £7 ticket if that would enable more young people to attend from your church. Leaders are encouraged to pay for a £10 ticket, but we’ll leave that up to you, and no one on the day will know what price you paid for your ticket.
The ticket price covers all the activities and food for the day. The day will also be supported financially by Sheffield Diocese. You must book and pay for your whole group before the event, we want to avoid any payments on the day. Booking will close if we reach capacity. You will receive a confirmation email if your booking has been accepted.
