Young Leaders’ Community Enabler (Maternity leave cover)

Our Children’s, Youth and Families team is developing culture-changing ministry across our whole diocese. One of our key team members is taking maternity leave and we are looking for a talented Young Leaders’ Community Enabler to step into the role for 12 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your experience and expertise to a diocese that prioritises children and young people and make a tangible impact for the duration of the post.

You will play a vital role in ensuring young voices can shape strategy in our church and the wider Diocese, and to create local and central opportunities for these young active disciples to speak, lead and influence.

This role is part our Resourcing Mission and Ministry Team, reporting to the Diocesan Children and Young People’s Advisor and working closely with the wider Children’s, Youth and Families team to grow young discipleship.
