Everyone has a vocation from God. We are all called first and foremost to ‘Follow Christ’ and we each live that out in the places that call us to serve.
On 21st September join us to rejoice in the different ways people around our Diocese serve Christ in a Celebration of Lay Ministry service led by Bishop Pete Wilcox. This special service will include a presentation of certificates to those who have completed the Foundations Course and, as the Diocese passes the milestone of 100 authorised Focal Ministers, a celebration of the role and those who serve.
The Vocations Fair will take place after the service. Representatives from different ministries across the Diocese will be there throughout the afternoon. Those attending can find out more about a range of ways to support their calling, including:

The Celebration of Lay Ministry Service begins at 11am. The Vocations Fair is from 1pm-3pm. Advance booking is not required.
