Our Seven Sacred Spaces Retreat Day on 2nd March is an opportunity to explore how our lives inhabit seven sacred spaces, and how these spaces inform our lives in community and discipleship.
We will do this through a guided journey through seven spaces commonly found in traditional monastic communities – cell, chapel, cloister, garden, chapter, refectory and scriptorium. Inspired by the work of George Lings, who suggests that each space can teach us something about our life with Jesus, we will consider how each space is embodied in our own lives in order to help us to grow as disciples and Christian communities.
Suitable for both new and experienced retreatants, the day will consist of a mixture of guided sessions and quiet times to allow for personal reflection and exploration. Tickets cost £5 each and lunch and refreshments are included.
Tickets are available via Eventbrite: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/796837501417?aff=oddtdtcreator
