Mission Area Support and Net Zero Carbon Conference

A one-day event focussing on churches and clergy housing that aims to equip churches to produce their own Net Zero Carbon action plan and provide support on building maintenance, funding and clergy housing. For clergy and those in church roles with responsibility for buildings, finance and energy use.

Bishop Sophie Jelley will be introducing the programme which will include:

• Our keynote speaker, Julian Atkins, Net Zero Programme Director at the Church of England
• Workshop sessions from the buildings, net zero, and clergy housing teams at the Diocese
• A workshop session from guest speaker Sarah Crossland, National Churches Trust
• A session led by representatives from Cheribim on the Environmental Sensors Project
• Lunch and refreshments will be provided
