Focal Ministry Process

Starting the Focal Ministry process from exploration, application, induction and ongoing development.

The process for beginning Focal Ministry in your church is very simple.  

  1. Explore whether Focal Ministry is right for your context.  
  2. Nominate potential Focal Ministers.  
  3. Complete the three ‘Getting Ready for Focal Ministry’ sessions.  

Focal Ministers are then authorised for a period of three years. After authorisation there is a comprehensive framework of support and equipping to help you establish and flourish in your ministry.
