Bishop of Sheffield announces new advisors in spirituality

The Rt Revd Dr Steven Croft, Bishop of Sheffield, is delighted to announce the appointment of the Revd Neil Bowler as the Bishop's Advisor in Spirituality and the appointment of the Revd Angela Lauener as Bishop's Assistant Advisor on Spirituality.

They will both take up the roles with immediate effect.

Neil and Angie will be the first point of contact for clergy and lay ministers seeking a spiritual director; they will be available to assist in deaneries and parishes looking to grow the life of prayer; they will liaise closely with the Whirlow Spirituality Centre and take responsibility for co-ordinating the Ten Days of Prayer across the Diocese.

Neil is currently the Vicar of Ranmoor and Angie is the Assistant Curate at Ranmoor.
