Nextgen

A training programme for those working with children in church based situations. The course is open to people from all churches and is made up of group sessions, tutorials and portfolio building. It is accredited with Open College Network at levels 1-3 though not everyone presents a portfolio for accreditation.

On completion of the course workers may be authorised by the bishop to work with children in their own parish for three years.

The course is currently running on the second Sunday of each month at Wilson Carlile College 2-4 p.m. alongside the School of Ministry.
